DenzaPlay Games Privacy Policy

In short

• The DenzaPlay Koleksi app and the six DenzaPlay Arcade games (installed on Android) have no accounts, don't use the internet, and have no ads, no purchases and no analytics SDK. Game progress is stored only on your device. We don't collect or share any data from these apps. If you play in a browser instead, see "Playing in a browser" below.
• DenzaPlay Club (online card, board and slot games) uses a guest profile and our servers so you can play with other people. Section 4 explains exactly what is stored.
• All chips in DenzaPlay Club are free and for entertainment only. Chips can't be bought, sent to other players, exchanged or cashed out, and have no monetary value. There is no real money and no real-money betting.
• No game has ads, analytics SDKs or tracking inside the app. We don't sell or share your data.

This policy follows Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law, Law No. 27 of 2022 (UU PDP), and the Google Play User Data policy.

2. Games covered

Offline games: - DenzaPlay Koleksi (com.denzaplay.minikoleksi), a collection of mini games.

DenzaPlay Arcade games (also offline): - Tebak Kata Daerah (com.denzaplay.tebakkatadaerah); - Abang Bakso Rush (com.denzaplay.abangbaksorush); - Martabak Stack (com.denzaplay.martabakstack); - Ojol Rush (com.denzaplay.ojolrush); - Komodo Dash (com.denzaplay.komododash); - Garuda Flappy (com.denzaplay.garudaflappy).

Online game: - DenzaPlay Club (com.denzaplay.app), card, board and slot games with free chips.

DenzaPlay Life apps (Jam Puasa, Rajin and others) have their own policy at https://denzaplay.dev/en/privacy.

3. DenzaPlay Koleksi and DenzaPlay Arcade

• No account and no sign-in.
• No internet. The Android versions don't request internet permission, so these games can't send data anywhere.
• No ads, no in-app purchases, no analytics SDK, and no third-party SDKs that collect data.
• Progress and settings (such as best scores, levels and sound) are stored only on your device. They're removed if you clear the app's data or uninstall the game.
• We don't collect, receive or share any personal data from these games.
• No other device permissions are requested.

Playing in a browser. If you play DenzaPlay games in a browser (for example at games.denzaplay.dev), game progress is stored in your browser. Our sites are served through Cloudflare, which receives your browser's normal technical request, including your IP address, to deliver the page. We add no ads and no analytics SDK to the game pages. Cloudflare has switched on its basic Web Analytics for our websites: a small script from static.cloudflareinsights.com sends Cloudflare the page address and page-load timings. Cloudflare says it uses no cookies or local storage for this and does not track you across websites.

4. DenzaPlay Club (online game)

DenzaPlay Club is an online game for adults, with card, board and slot games that only use free chips. To let you play with other people, the app connects to our servers. It only requests internet permission.

Guest profile

There is no registration, email, phone number or password. The first time you play, you choose a player name and an avatar, and the server creates a guest profile with a random player ID.

On your device we store: your guest profile's access code (token), the server address, and settings such as sound.

On our servers we store, for each guest profile: - the random player ID, your player name and your chosen avatar; - a digital fingerprint (hash) of the access code, not the code itself; - your free chip balance, when the profile was created, and when you claimed daily rewards and bonuses; - gameplay statistics, such as rounds played, wins and slot results; - mission progress, level and XP, cosmetic rewards (frames, badges, themes) and when you last spun the wheel; - weekly leaderboard data; - friends data: your friend code, friends list, friend requests, table invites, and players you've blocked; - when you were last seen online, in-game notifications, and rate-limit records that prevent abuse; - the table you're currently playing at, and the game state while a match is running.

Avatar photos. You can upload your own photo as an avatar (PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 512 KB). It is stored on our servers and can be seen by other players. When you change your avatar, the old photo is deleted. Please don't upload photos that show personal information, or photos of other people without their permission.

What other players can see

Your player name, avatar, level and avatar decorations, leaderboard position, and your moves at a game table. Friends can see whether you're online or playing. Table chat only uses emotes and preset phrases, with no free text.

What this data is used for

Only to run the game: to keep your profile and free chips, find you a table and opponents, run missions, rewards, leaderboards and friends features, and prevent cheating and abuse. We don't use it for ads or marketing profiles.

Servers and service providers

The game server runs on Cloudflare (Workers, Durable Objects and R2 storage), which processes data as our service provider. Cloudflare may process data across its global network, including outside Indonesia. As with any online service, Cloudflare receives technical connection data, such as your IP address, to deliver the service and protect it from attacks. We don't store IP addresses in player profiles. Request logs at our hosting provider (Cloudflare Workers) record IP address, approximate location, device/browser type and the requested address, and are kept for up to 7 days.

Free chips, not money

• Chips are given free through daily rewards, missions, the wheel and bonuses.
• Chips can't be bought, sent to other players, exchanged for prizes, or cashed out.
• Chips have no monetary value, inside or outside the game.
• There are no in-app purchases and no real-money games.

Age

DenzaPlay Club is only for users aged 18 and over.

Deleting your guest profile

Uninstalling the app only removes the access code from your device, not the profile on our servers. To delete your guest profile with its avatar, statistics and friends data, email fun@denzaplay.dev (see section 8 and https://denzaplay.dev/delete-account).

5. No ads, no analytics SDK, no selling data

• No ads in any game.
• No analytics SDK, crash reporting or tracking, and no advertising ID.
• No in-app purchases.
• We don't sell your data and don't share it with anyone for advertising or any other purpose.

6. Security

DenzaPlay Club connects to our servers over encrypted connections (HTTPS and secure WebSockets). Profile access codes are only stored on the server as a hash. No system is 100% secure, so please also keep your device secure.

7. How long data is kept

• Offline games: data exists only on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall the game.
• DenzaPlay Club: your guest profile is kept on our servers until you ask us to delete it. Once we delete it, the profile and avatar are promptly removed from active systems. If copies exist in backups or technical logs held by us or our service providers, they are deleted within 30 days at most.

8. Your rights over your personal data

Under UU PDP, you have the right to get information about how your data is processed, access and get a copy of it, correct inaccurate data, ask for deletion and for processing to stop, withdraw consent, and object or complain, including to the competent personal data protection authority in Indonesia.

For the offline games, we hold no data about you, so you control everything directly on your device.

For DenzaPlay Club, email fun@denzaplay.dev with your player name and, if you have one, your friend code (in the Friends menu). We may ask for more details to confirm the profile is yours, but we will never ask for a password.

9. Children

• DenzaPlay Koleksi and the DenzaPlay Arcade games are offline games intended for users aged 13 and up. They don't collect data from anyone.
• DenzaPlay Club is only for users aged 18 and over. If we learn that a guest profile belongs to a minor, we will delete it.
• Parents or guardians with questions can contact fun@denzaplay.dev.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If a change is significant, for example a game starting to collect new data, we'll give notice in a reasonable way and ask for your consent where required.
